Lancashire CCC get the ‘Super Strength’ Climate Cover System
Climate Cover Ltd was requested by Lancashire CCC to provide a covering system capable of withstanding the extremely high winds at Old Trafford Test Match Ground.
“Old Trafford has a reputation of suffering from some of the strongest winds that swirl around the ground and therefore the covering system simply had to be the strongest” says David Bates, Technical Director of Climate Cover Ltd. “The Climate Cover System has been used at Old Trafford for the past four years with great success but because of the extreme climate at the ground we had the opportunity to develop a new design option for the climate cover fabric.”
The new Super Strength design enables us to guarantee that the cover will not tear in any climate conditions.
